Back In the US

We arrived yesterday in Boston after a long, uncomfortable flight on Lufthansa. We both breezed through customs and were met by Matt's sister, Annette. We then picked up our rental car and drove north from Boston to here, Durham, New Hamphshire. It is a cute little town with lots of New England charm. We are staying in the Three Chimneys Inn which is the best place in town. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and dates back to 1649---which in US history is VERY old. :)

Today we will be driving to Portsmouth, NH and check out that place. I will post photos later. Saturday morning we will be heading to Provincetown, Mass. It's nice to be back in the US, but it feels a little less like home this time around...Am I becoming more accustomed to Europe? We'll see.

Here is a photo of one building on the University of New Hampshire campus:

Here is our room at the Three Chimneys Inn:

If you ever must be in Durham, NH, stay at the Three Chimneys Inn.

Ack - it is easy to turn European. Feel warned. Next time you go to the US, you may need a visa. ;)
Enjoy your time over there...
