We're back from Amsterdam and we're going to the World Cup!

We are back from Amsterdam and I will upload the photos tomorrow or Tuesday. I checked my inbox and I received the following e-mail:

We are delighted to inform you that we have been able to allocate you individual tickets for following match as a result of a draw at the end of sales phase 3 of the 2006 FIFA World Cup Germany (TM):

2 tickets for match no. 33 on 20.06.2006 in the city of Berlin.

YEAH! We got tickets to the World Cup game in Berlin, Germany vs. Ecuador!!!

Yeaaah! Football games in Europe are so much fun! The crowds get so excited, especially the FIFA game will be hopping beyond description. I'll be watching it on t.v. if i can get the time thing straight.
I want to hear about your trip tho... What did you think? Was it your first time? Did Amsterdam live up to everything you heard about it? It's a beautiful city!
Looking forward to the pics.

How was AMS? And what did you eat there? ;-)

Oh man, I envy you... I also tried to get at least one of those World Cup tickets but I didn't succeed. :-((( And now a guy from the US without any real knowledge of this game gets two tickets... ;-)) Just kidding... *lol* Have a great time in Berlin and enjoy the match! At least two gay representatives in the stadium... ;-)

Very cool. Well I posted on the last post but it didn't go through. Wanted to know who you had to have present at the ceremony?

Congrats - how does it feel?

You and I have similar luck, James. Well, you and Donica, I should say. We got 2 tickets to Match #9 in Hannover on 6/12 (the day before my birthday!), between Italy and Ghana. How cool is that!
