I am moving to Dusseldorf, Germany in late December 2005. I do not speak German, but I will be attending German language courses. I am excited about my new life in Germany! I am going to be updating this blog with photos and writings about my adventures in Dusseldorf. It will be interesting. So stay TUNED!

Well, enjoy your stay when you do, looking forward to reading about your new experiences.
Oh, and pack your winter boots, the first snow started yesterday...

I'm excited to hear about your adventures too. How long do you plan on staying in Germany?

Yes for winter - make sure you've got a good warm jacket. Down jackets work well, but basically a ski jacket, scarf and gloves will be good. Oh and don't forget some thermals! You will need those under your clothes.

I'm totally excited for you (even if I'm a wee bit late)! My godmother is from Berlin and misses it dearly. Hope all is well!

GAAA! Köln is so much bigger than Düsseldorf. Sorry, my being born and growing up there still shows when it comes to defending Köln.
Plus, it cannot be a fifteen minute drive from Düsseldorf to Cologne, can it? It takes longer from Leverkusen and that must be about half the way.

Sorry, didn't mean to brag on my first visit here, but when it comes to Köln I can get very emotional. Hee.
